4th of July this year was a blast ~ I had a house full of family and it was so much fun! Heather and Peter came out on Thursday night and on the morning of the 4th we went to a flag raising/church breakfast where the boy scouts raised the flag, it was pretty darn cool. Since we woke up so early from that we went home to rest a bit but then they were having a little parade just down the street from my place so we walked over to that and watched the fife and drum....guys. Then Nathan and Laura and the family came and we drove down to Fredericksburg for some dinner and fireworks! It was a great 4th of July even though it took us over an hour to get out of the parking lot:).
